The last couple of years have been to say the least the most difficult years of my life. I have learned everything is temporary - moments , feelings, and people. My son passed away.
I knew I had to start looking for a way to start forward motion - somehow. So I ventured out and took a class in a totally different art median." Creative Mixed Media”. By the second class - the journey to heal begun. First piece of art was (bottom left) the beginning. The Extraordinary Healing Power of Flowers. Flowers are temporary as we know but I hope that in my art today I remind everyone what flowers do to the spirit and they can bring spiritual healing. Hope you follow me on my journey.

I have, for most of my life, been a part-time artist using inks, pastels, watercolors and acrylics, along with making jewelry, knitting and the hope to dabble in oils in the future.
I have a good eye for color and use it throughout my life.
About the Artist
Born in Quonset Point, Rhode Island. I grew up in a military family, we were citizens of the world, living in nearly every state (but 7) and abroad from Italy to Japan.
Today, I am settled comfortably in Swannanoa, North Carolina where you can find me watching the Blue Ridge Mountain sunsets with my cat and dog.
